How do I heat the meals?
Meals are fully cooked — simply microwave for 2–3 minutes or heat in the oven until warmed through.

What days do you deliver?
We deliver every Sunday from 4pm - 6pm. Orders must be placed before the weekly cutoff to receive delivery on Sunday.
